1. Service Overview
Krish Florist provides floral arrangements, event decorations, and gift delivery services in New Delhi and surrounding areas. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability of flowers.
2. Orders and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: For event decorations, a booking is only confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment (typically 50%).
- Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice based on market rates for fresh flowers.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before delivery or completion of event setup.
3. Delivery Policy
We offer delivery within New Delhi. Delivery charges may apply based on the distance from our store in Safdarjung Enclave.
- Same-day delivery is subject to slot availability.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the recipient address provided is incorrect or if the recipient is unavailable.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Flower Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Event Decor: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the advance payment to cover material costs.
- Quality Issues: If flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
5. Liability
Krish Florist is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or natural disasters. For event decorations, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
