Why society deliveries get stuck

Most Noida societies require guards to confirm every visitor with the resident before allowing entry. That usually happens through an app notification or an intercom call. If the resident does not respond, or if the approval request gives away the surprise, the delivery stalls at the gate.

• Sector number
• Society name, exactly as it appears at the gate
• Tower or block and flat number
• Recipient's full name and phone number
• A second contact who can approve entry

Many societies have similar names across different sectors. Always include the sector number.

Keeping the surprise intact

If you want the bouquet to be a surprise, the gate approval can be a problem, since the recipient will get a notification. Some ways around it:

• Ask a family member or flatmate to approve the entry
